Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ShopFeed (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
ShopFeed is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered social media content creation and management tools. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Account Registration
To use ShopFeed, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
Subscription and Payment
3.1 Subscription Plans
ShopFeed offers subscription-based access to the Service. Current pricing is $199/month for the Professional plan, which includes 1,500 AI generations per month and all listed features.
3.2 Billing
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
3.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Usage Limits and Quotas
Your subscription includes 1,500 AI generations per month. This quota resets on your billing renewal date. If you exceed your quota, additional generations may be restricted until renewal or you may purchase additional credits.
You agree not to:
- Abuse or excessively use the Service beyond reasonable limits
- Use the Service for any automated or systematic access
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service
Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
5.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create using ShopFeed. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
5.2 AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI models is provided to you with full commercial rights. You may use, modify, publish, and monetize AI-generated content without attribution or royalty payments to ShopFeed.
5.3 Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its software, design, features, and trademarks, is owned by ShopFeed and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
5.4 Brand Materials: Any logos, colors, or brand assets you upload remain your property. We use them only to provide the Service.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
- Harass, threaten, or defame others
- Spread misinformation, spam, or malware
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Use the Service for competitive analysis or benchmarking
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for violations.
Third-Party Integrations
ShopFeed integrates with third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party APIs or services
- Content restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
- Account suspensions or penalties from third parties
- Data practices of third-party services
You are responsible for complying with all third-party platform policies when using our integrations.
Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Service Availability and Modifications
9.1 Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
9.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
9.3 Updates: We may update features, AI models, or functionality to improve the Service. Significant changes will be communicated to users.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Warranties regarding AI-generated content accuracy or quality
- Warranties that content will comply with third-party platform policies
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may require review and editing before use. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopFeed shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
- Third-party claims related to your content or use of the Service
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopFeed, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Service
- Your content or AI-generated content you publish
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Termination
13.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
13.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
13.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period. No refunds will be provided for early termination except as required by law.
Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShopFeed.
15.2 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
15.3 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right.
15.4 Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor.
15.5 Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or Service notification.
