Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShopFeed, a service operated by CloudSync Media (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use ShopFeed for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide an accurate email address. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Each account has one private workspace.

2. Plans, billing and cancellation

ShopFeed is a paid subscription with no free trial. Current plans are Starter ($19/month), Pro ($39/month), Studio ($99/month), each with the monthly limits shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which also issues invoices and collects applicable sales tax or VAT. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from Billing, Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or by Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal.

3. Your content and likeness

You keep ownership of the photos, logos and text you upload (“Your Content”) and of the graphics and posts generated for you, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-assisted output. You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate ShopFeed for you, including sending it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of a person who has given you written permission to create images of them. You must record likeness consent in the app before generating with a face. You confirm you hold the rights to every logo, quote and recording you upload, and to the content behind every link you import (for example, your own YouTube videos or blog posts).

4. Acceptable use

You must not use ShopFeed to:

• impersonate another person, including public figures, or create images of anyone without their consent;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory or deceptive content, or content involving minors;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, safety filters or security controls, or access another user’s data;
• resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.

We block requests that appear to imitate other people. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach these rules. Anyone can report misuse through our report form.

5. AI output

Graphics and text are generated by third-party AI models. Output can contain errors, and similar output may be generated for other users. Review every graphic before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep ShopFeed available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund any prepaid, unused period.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Your data. Deletion cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your photos, brand kits, graphics and account record. We can terminate these terms if you breach them.

8. Disclaimers and liability

ShopFeed is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm from content you publish. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use ShopFeed after that date means you accept the updated terms.
